Site Machining

Some static equipment or specific geometric shapes cannot be brought to the shop for machining. Hence it is required to use portable on-site machines to do the job

On-site machine shop is a requested solution for the EPC projects, emergency repairs, MOC (management of change) or TAR (turn around).

Portable Facing

Surfacing machine up to 94’’ equivalent to 2400 mm for vessels, Storage tanks, knockout drums, heat exchangers and gas sphere.

In-line milling :

2-axis line milling machine, it can be used in the process of milling planes and keyways, heat exchangers

Characteristic :

It can be mounted directly on our gantry milling machines.

Manual and automatic control to the main axis (2 axes)

Repair of air cooler plugs :

Plugs and walls inner of the tube sheets can be easily damaged during the opening and closing operations. Hence it requires to restore back by machining or upgrading to a higher dimension after drawing up a calculation note
